My First Post

This is a post. It’s on a website.

I haven’t had a website in a long-ass time, though I’ve had quite a few false starts over the years. Setting up this site comes at a complicated time in my life, when it occurs to me it would be helpful to write more. So that’s something I’m going to make a real effort to do.

Today I’ll stop with just a simple post, but I’ll aim for some kind of post at least daily. I don’t know yet if there will be a theme, or what length to expect from posts, or anything else like that. I do intend to adopt some kind of feedback mechanism with threaded replies, though I don’t know what I’ll use for that yet.

So I guess, if you’re reading this, save your responses for later, or provide them to me directly. And thanks for reading.
